How the reach estimate works
Attendance reach is a population-weighted estimate across the 200 major cities in the TimeNowHub dataset — a sample, not a census. For the regions you select, each city counts its full population only when the proposed start time lands inside business hours in that city, defined as a workday per the country’s weekend map (a Riyadh Friday–Saturday weekend is respected) with a local time between 09:00 and 17:00, matching the business-status engine used across the site; national holidays in the engine’s rule set also exclude a city. The percentage is the share of your selected audience that is “at work” at that instant — a planning signal for comparing windows, not an attendance forecast. It does not model registration, topic fit, or holidays outside the engine’s partial rule set.
