Shared Team Boards
Save a working city set for an operating team, support rotation, or follow-the-sun workflow, then share the exact planner state without introducing an account wall.
How a board works
A team board is a named collection of cities plus an optional description — e.g. an "EMEA to APAC support handoff" set. Everything stays local-first in your browser: there is no sign-up, and the board is shared through a link that deep-links the matching city set and planner state. Each member can add their own name, role, and anchor city so follow-the-sun rotations and support rosters read clearly at a glance.
Support rosters
Store the cities a follow-the-sun support desk actually covers, then open the same set in the planner for shift handoff windows.
Operations cadences
Keep a standing board per operating team so a shared URL always opens the same city group, not whatever someone last had pinned.
Distributed planning
Share the board before a scheduling conversation so everyone is looking at the same local-time picture instead of re-adding cities.
