Compare complete coverage
US has 9 working days; AU has 8. Difference: +1. This comparison is shown only for countries with complete source coverage.
Net working days = 12 total − 2 weekend − 1 holiday. Every date is checkable against the sourced table: us/2027.
Every result is checkable
This tool subtracts the exact calendars published at /holidays — the same sourced national lists, including weekend substitute days. Each calculation links its source table so you can verify every subtracted date by hand. For USA, the 2027 source table shows 250 working days — the same count this tool uses.
Coverage scope
Only countries with a sourced, audited complete calendar are offered (Australia (AU), Canada (CA), Germany (DE), France (FR), UK (GB), Ireland (IE), USA (US)). Their scope notes are:
- Australia: Nationally uniform public holidays
- Canada: Federal statutory holidays
- Germany: Nationwide statutory holidays
- France: National legal holidays
- UK: England & Wales bank holidays
- Ireland: National public holidays
- USA: Federal holidays (OPM schedule)
Countries without a complete calendar are deliberately not offered — computing business days from a partial holiday list would produce a wrong answer. Method: working days = total days − weekend days − holidays, using the same countWorkingDays /businessDaysBetween / isBusinessDay engine as the holiday pages (methodology). No ads, no account, and the answer renders without JavaScript.
